Yoga Crossing is a dedicated BIKRAM YOGA studio in Waltham, MA.
The mission of Yoga Crossing is to bring improved health and well-being
to its members by providing the highest quality of Bikram Yoga
instruction in a comfortable, convenient, safe, and attractive
location. Yoga Crossing is a clean, spacious, and well-ventilated
studio. The 26 Bikram poses are done in a heated room so that
your muscles stretch easily. The poses are easily modified to
accommodate limitations such as injury or pregnancy.
How quickly you progress will depend entirely on you - upon your
natural ability to a small degree, but mostly upon the honest
time and effort you put into your Yoga. Bikram Yoga is undoubtedly
the best physical way to reshape and strengthen your entire body,
cleanse your internal systems, and create vibrant good health.
But you'll soon find that aside from the physical benefits gained
from the intensity of the class, you will gain boundless energy,
poise, patience, and calmness to take with you outside of the
classroom. Collectively, Bikram Yoga will become a "staple"
